<div class="IPBDescription">Photoshop</div> So ive made this image, but this black line has come from no-where and its really bugging me.

What do i do?

Use the clone / rubberstamp tool, copy a section <i>without</i> the line, over the top of it..

Edit: Or, just cut a tiny section out around the line, delete that bit, drag the remaining parts together, should get a seam less join.

OR..

smudge it out carefully..horizontal only..

OR

I suppose you could use a tiny bit of motion blur in the affected area to close the gap..

clone or copy&paste is probably the easiest way to fix it. It's a single pixel, so use your select tool (M) set to Vertical Line, and just copy another clean line. Then paste it over the black line.
