MetallicA is realeasing a new album called St. Anger!
Release date in Europe is 9th June, and 10th June everywhere else.

    hate to burst ya bubble but metallica sold out years ago.... look at there tour....metallica - linkin park - and limp bizkit.... good way of packaging the crapiest bands together ------- dont know about the others though..... go listen to some ride the lightning or something and you will see what i mean

    Metallica still rocks, and nobody can do anything about it!
    Their new band member Robert Trujillo have given new life to them. Even though Bob Rock is playing bass in St. Anger I think it will be a good album, cause they've made this album different than any other of their albums!

    hmm... maybe rocking on the top 40....but seriously have you listened to there much much older albums from the 80's when they were good speed metal?...they were soo good back then. they've changed soo much it makes me sick

    I love the Black albulm, I think its the best (w/ ride the lightning 2nd best). Basically, pre-Load metallica = win, post-Load = lose. That's my 2 cents anyway.

    As far as "selling out" I don't believe in that nonsense, that's just something spewed from the mouth of people who don't know what they are talking about, or who hold stupid biases. I just think the music sucks.
