Well, I enjoyed it. It was what I expected from a Bond film - cool gadgets, hot chicks, a psycho villian, and big explosions.
If you're a Monty Python fan, I expect you'll pick up on a good inside joke in this movie. <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo-->

Pierce still doesn't beat Sean for Best Bond Ever, but like people said, this one was better than the last two. <!--QuoteEnd--> </td></tr></table><span class='postcolor'> <!--QuoteEEnd--> While I'd agree that Sean is a better Bond overall, Pierce is still <i>very</i> convincing in the role. I really doubt they could have cast anyone nowadays for that role who would be more convincing than he is.

Not as horrible as "The World Is Not Enough", but still quite bad. Not as bad as anything from Timothy Dalton though. <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo--> <!--QuoteEnd--> </td></tr></table><span class='postcolor'> <!--QuoteEEnd--> GoldenEye forever!
Agreed, Goldeneye was the best Bond of recent years (I'm a massive Bond fan) Dalton's Bond was an attempt to restore some of the character of the books, rather than the action hero version, when you read them, his effort wasn't that bad.
I'd put Brosnan and Connery on a par for best Bond EVAR!!!!""oneoneone

And during the blue screen bits, try to convince yourself that Pierce ISNT just jiggling around infront of a huge very noticable bluescreen.
Other then the CGI sequences, it was sub par.
Agreed. <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
I thought it was OK, even though a lot of the CGI was horrific.
The new Aston Marton and Jaguar though... *drool.* The cars were my favorite part, hands down. Miranda Frost was pretty hot though.
GoldenEye forever!

But yeah, Peirce really fit in. I still wish there would be more flirting between him and Moneypenny though.
