everything except code, btw you shouldnt consider yourself to be a "modeller" unless you can uvmap and , skin and animate your own characters to a certain degree (this isnt aimed at anyone in particular, its just games companys usually see that as the norm for modellers)

(everytime you copy and paste into the original 256 color image it does all the pallete converting for you, and very accurately)
Alternatively you can use wally by batch converting all the files, then loading and saving the palettes from one of the frames into all the others (just be sure to pick the pelette with the most color variation)
