everything except code, btw you shouldnt consider yourself to be a "modeller" unless you can uvmap and , skin and animate your own characters to a certain degree (this isnt aimed at anyone in particular, its just games companys usually see that as the norm for modellers)

Never said it was, I still have to make the cake!
You put it in the oven to bake it, you can put it in a microwave if you get the right recipie.

This is how I do it, probably not the best way, but anyway. (Using PS) take your first image, save it as a 256 color image. Close it then reopen it (just to make sure). Now open up the other frames of the sprite and copy the second frame into the first 256 color image, than save the image again as "frame 2" or something. Repeat until all frames are done. (everytime you copy and paste into the original 256 color image it does all the pallete converting for you, and very accurately)

Alternatively you can use wally by batch converting all the files, then loading and saving the palettes from one of the frames into all the others (just be sure to pick the pelette with the most color variation)

    I can do:

    3D modeling
    Skinning
    Animating
    sprite creation
    texture creation
    programming
    Level design
    artist
    Sound engineer
    Website creation
