came into my server map ns_siege005, we were screwing around as no one else was there........ Everything going normal than out of nowhere every comm chair we had disappeared(full health to poof), than I saw him in the siege room (which wasnt open yet) as fade, and slayed him for doing than.... less than a minute later my server crashed(which I restarted less than 1hr before).... the only other person on the server was a clan member, to whom saigon said he did the comm chair thing(no clue why either)

Sounds like "killcs" and "crash". And you can blink through the window in siege(I wish I didn't have to say it, but it's a gimmick map anyway...) as a fade.
