Bind Too Spectate

<div class="IPBDescription">Question on spectate Command</div> I was wondering what the command is to enter spectate mode. I wished to spectate on the map ns_siege, and realized it has no spectate join in the ready room. I simply wish to bind a key to this command, and was wondering how.
