Looking For A Plugin

I was reading the forums when I stumbled across this plugin called "Hand Held Sieges" (or something like that). I searched, but no luck. Any links or whatever to this plugin (if its even real or still advable).

Also, I was looking for Voogru's fireworks mod for sometime now, but I can't find a link, only a link to his forums. Any links or whatever to this?
