Weird Error When I Try To Join A Team

<div class="IPBDescription">disconnects me from server every time</div> I keep trying to play, but as soon as I try to join a team I get an error (pic attatched) I haven't played in a week because I was at my dad's house and now it's doing this. It worked fine last week. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Also, how do I turn those little blue help boxes back on? I kinda liked 'em even if they just tell me stuff I already know. I dunno how they got turned off.
