F9 - Run Map Settings

Hello. I have been mapping for Counter-Strike and TFC for about two years and I just got into NS and I love the mod. I have an awsome map idea that I have sketched out and it seems to be a very well balanced fun map. I made a little of it then I F9ed it and relized i did not have that part configured (yes I did do the other configuration). Can anyone tell me or link to how to do this?
