I use <a href='http://www.picturehost.co.uk/' target='_blank'>http://www.picturehost.co.uk/</a> . It's got a 150k upload limit, although I hear there are some limitations as to the total number of uploads you can make. For just a sig or a pic, though, it works great.

There is a sig file size limit though...
