I need hellllpppp
Anyone know of good places to get NS servers from that would get good pings with a resonable price tag attached?

Heck, scratch that, if people would just help me find places with good pings for ns servers and if at all possible, good customer support (easy to reach and whatnot) I would appreciate it if you would post a link.

Thank you in advance

Adam

Try a cable modem with your own PC.
Thats what i use, should be able to host about 12 ppl fairly well.
Might just be my lack of RAM tho.

Try http://www.thenetgamer.com . I have a good BF1942 server from them, and I THINK they offer reasonable priced NS server.

Cheapeset I can go $130 with a hella lot of bandwidth, but rackshack will do well since you don't need that much bandwidth, per server.

I got a deal on co-locating using a friends rack 2U space 4 Mbps multi-homed, and bunch of stuff.

You can try www.serveitup.com I'm not sure if they show the price on their price page, but they are selling them for 16 players for about $95 last I heard. You can stop by #serveitup.com on irc.gamesnet.net for some person-to-person talk.

Actually Serveitup has changed pricing to $9 per player.

We have www.krpyt.com for now 50 for 16 player private, 85 for 20 player pub. However we are moving to www.gibgames.com, 20 player pub for 120/month

Err also if money isn't an issue build a duel xeon with water cooling, overclock it, get 4 Mbps of multihomed bandwidth and play away.

hm, could you people please check the links, they don't seem to be working even when I copy and paste them.

The Cable modem idea is eh, no thanks, not what I'm looking for, I want GOOD pings, remember :-p, and I want one that can be considered for CAL use, which means it has to be offical (and I want it to be public)
