Voice Comm Stopped Working

<div class="IPBDescription">Suddenly</div> It's really odd. Voice comm has been working fine for months, until one day it stopped completely (in NS).
Tried it in windows voice recorder, tried it in other mods (tfc, dod) works fine, but in NS, although it SHOWS it as transmitting (speaker icon appears) everyone on my team says they just hear static. I re-installed hl, ns, checked ns' config, voice_enable is set to 1. This is driving me insane, I'm so tired of typing in NS.
