This is the most disturbed mod I have ever played (though it is basicaly just a bunch of single player maps, I sitll think of it as a mod, its just to different)

Don't go in expecting anytihng (other then wanting to kill the programmers)

Its sick twisted, and it gives you such an fn rush when you compleate his sadistic arsed puzzles.

I remeber the first one, It was damn hard! I hade to use god mode most of the way though. I cant wait to see what they come up with next!

I downloaded this game a while ago, shortly after I finished the first one. I havn't played it yet though, simply because I was reading the walkthrough, and at one point, the words "20 minute wait" appeared. At that point I think I passed out from fear of this game.
