maybe I'm being a nub here but what would that have to do with it. I'm not contesting the solution but how is it related?

I find often pouring a beer and drinking it helps my pc connect to won when I am having problems, I will repeat this four of five time. If I still cannot connect (rare) then I eat a packet of biscuits and drink some coffee.

This almost always works so beer consumtion obviously helps won connectivity.
