my strat:
build ip, build arms lab, upgrade armor and weapons, dont build anything at all, build armory.KILL KILL KILL.
the point of me telling u my strat is just to let some people know that you dont need hmg's and gren launcher to kill fades, JUST UPGRADE arms lab.
anyone got any tips on anything to improve my strat ?

ok first it was just me and a skulk in the server. i thought what the hell i might as well practice comming, so i jumped in and he rushed me, i came out killed
him wif my pistol ( to save lmg ammo ) and he didnt come back for a while. ok so what i did was, i built an ip, built a arms lab and then built a armory, by the
time i built all these more people joined the server and that skulk was just runnig around somewhere, i built an observitory, and then scanned, and found he was
just build alot of oc's and dc's outside my base, so i didnt know what the hell to do, so i jumped in the cc and started upgrading my stuff in the arms lab, ( by
now more people joined ) i was pizzing of the skulk by just shooting him then runing of then shooting him then runing of again, just untill my upgrades were
done. then people started joining team, 2 on marines and 3 on alien, i thought i was screwed so i jsut said ok guys we lose, go have some fune, by now i had
around the 80-90res mark cause i didnt build anything, so i thought id'e blow it all on the ugrades, so i upgraded all my stuff, and started build atf, after it
was done i started spamming health, ammo, and turrets all over the place in my base, and people started building em, by now the aliens had 2 hives and were
fading us, by now it was a full server 16/16. at this momment i relised that the turrets were actually preventing the fades from coming in my base, i was heppy
but still in the mood to just stuff around, untill i heard a marine say in the voice comm, PHASE GAT HEAR COMM, and i was like WTH, and i see this little marine
dude knifing there hive wich was completely ungarded, so i built the phase at my base then the phase @ theres and it was dead in about 5 secs, cause the stupid
marine wasbusy knifing there hive instead of listing to me saying that one was coming. ( at this point we had, lv3 weapns, lv3 armor, and HA, ALL BY ME STUFFING
AROUND ) someone asked for a hmg and i refused, so i built about 4 siege turrest near my base, built them all and started scanning all the things outside my
base, when they dide i started runing around shooting at fades, ( thinking, GOD darnit I NEED A HMG ) then i hear a fade die, look at my screen and see that i
killed him, i was like totaly WTH IS HAPPENING, i looked at my health and armor and my armor was at 260 or something around that, and i wasnt sure what was
happening, so i just started runing around killing fades, and i thought that maybe fades had a weak spot or something that i was shooting, but then i relized
that it was the weapon upgrades and so forth, i built 2 cc chairs outside there main base so i can destract them, while i build the tf to siege there maine hiv,
after i killed that hive it was off to the third hive i ran in there and i was just blasting marines and lerks from everywhere, ( still stuned at my SUPER LMG )
then i just started blasting there hive with my "super lmg" and it died after while of blasting. we won the game by stuffing around not knowing what i was doing,
and by the marines not listening to anything i was saying at all, <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo--> .
