What To Do About A Lamer

<div class="IPBDescription">Or: Me, venting</div> It's actuelly getting more and more common that someone joins a game i'm in to spam the text channel and put a song of some sort over the com. This is increasingly distressing as I join random servers, so it's a problem that isn't just indicative of one or two places. I have never in my admitadly less that epic time span spent playing on line games had this much of a problem with people that connect for the SOLE PURPOSE of ruining the game. Even worse, I'm starting to see this as a tag team, where one or more people will act like what's happening isn't, or go so far as to claim that the horrid song being played and rascist remarks spamming text are actuelly funny, and to keep doing it.
Things like the story I'm about to offer are the main reasons why I'm in such a desprate search of an A to Z admining lesson, and why something like "The Hand of God" should not be discounted.
Enter...The Lamer. From Hell.
The game started as any other. I joined a random server...all I usually look for is either tiny or huge numbers, depending on my game mood, and green dots, since latley there have been so many 1 and 2 dot servers. It was a 15 man game, so far. I hooked up, and joined the marines. Upon entering I heard the what-else-could-it-be splashes of acid at the base that got me thinking as I waited to spawn"Well atleast it'll be short." Beatuiful NSing ensued, I living up to my TSA Fanatic archtype and actuelly killing a fade after a few minutes. Then..then "Amerikaner" showed up.
We should have known, with a tag like |Dmb*SS|. He gets on, and....this is just the start of the madness...single handedly kicks the com. /Yes/. Single handidly. He said "I'm kicking the com, he's a dumb ****" and bang, he was out. No vote had been passed around. Upon taking the com chair from a commander that was doing an okay job, he procedded to drop.....83 rez worth of ammo packs in a pile right next to the armory. His song started...at first, a rousing, 4 bit version of "I'm to sexy for my shirt". Whether or not he'd have gotten out is unkown, as we all kicked him out. Thank God we could still do that at least. Mike..I think Mike was his name..got back in the chair. During all this, after a moment, the aliens had pulled /back/. Think about how eerie that is. Why would they have stopped, right when we were at our weakest? I'd soon find out. Apeprntly, someone else had joined the same time he did on the alien side, and started doing the exact same things. He became a Gorge, spamed the text, singing songs, the works. Now I had nearly left, when all of a sudden...they both left. This was in itself speical becuase the most horric part of the story follows. Someone, a regular there, had called two admins, and they joined.
They couldnt kick either of them.
Couldn't. No matter what. THey had no idea why, and neither do I. It simply didn't work. Then they left. The admins were still shaking their heads, and the Marines were starting to mount a comeback. Then....then 6 people joined, filling out both teams, and every single one of them were this idiots friends. NONE of them could be kicked. How is that even possible? This time, they kicked the commander out, and procedded to start shooting us, only, and I'm not sure, it may have actuelly caused damage to us, on a FF off server. I might have been dreaming, who knows. This time, he started say=

Waiting ONLY until someone typed to do that, thus ensuring no communcation what so ever. Oh, and the song was now a 16 bit version of something Itilian. We were starting to go crazy. 3 admins were on, and finally, someone tried to ban them instead. Dunno why it took that long. Turns out, Banning still worked perfectly, even if kicking didn't. I have no idea why.
In review?
1) There is now a new breed of Lamer, one with hacks designed not to win, but only to ****. US. OFF. They cannot be kicked, only banned, and they can kick the com single handidly at least once per log on. I don't know if they had anything simaller for the aliens, they must have had, becuase someone messed them up enough to stop a fatal Fade rush.
2) THIS is why people can't discount "Hand of God" or "Slapping" type punishment code, becuase it is SORLEY needed at times. NS may be the best mp game ever, and as such seems to be drawing a crowd of people that get OFF on ruining the game for others.
3) If any one knows where there is a true guide to adming, or better yet, is willing to teach me, I will start a sever on my T1, and admin it at least 9 hours a day for all commers. I might make it Forum members only, and leave the pass here.

Be fair - Every story has two sides.
Don't abuse your powers - I.e. your a marine, the aliens get fades, you then cheat and give everyone HMG/HA and max out rsc's

All accurate and fair ideas. They also have nothing to do with this thread tho.
Lohne, read the thread about Net-Tez. They're a group of people who need psychological help. Their whole existence is to mae others unahppy. They want to maek you angr. So, to **** them off, don't get mad. Just mute them and find another server. I met that hitler dude today. He spammed a similar message, and some stupid voice over and over. He was on marines and made them lose. Then I muted him when I was in Ready room. People TRIED to play another game, but people started quitting. Blah Blah blah, I taught a few people how to mute, and eventually hitler got bored and left. Yup, it was a sweet victory for us.
