<div class="IPBDescription">Vote for the winner!</div> Ok guys, after a lot of thought, I couldn't even narrow the choices down to 5! I ended up with 6 that are all truly amazing and I need your help in deciding which will win. I know the vote will be hard to pick *one*, I know I can't decide, but, alas, there is no more complex voting system on these forums, so make your choice count. If yours didn't make, I am sorry, my initial list consisted of 9 entries, and took me just under an hour to get it down to 6 with much arguing in IRC <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif'> Amazing work by everyone! But now, off to the races...

I must admit I liked the ones monkey and carbon made, but Fam's was the most "NS" of them all. Kinda unfair though, fam was the only one with the NS-font ...

Well, these all fit the theme of the forums the most. They may not always be the *best* ones, but they fit in the best <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'>

looks like fam has a major lead

i voted for carbon cause it had more content in the middle
while fams is kind of empty in the middle

i ike the rest of carbon's its just that the middle is too busy, and the color choice he made for the middle doesn't fit very well.. the rest of his is great though..

i don't like how the left image of fams just cuts off. I think monkeys is far better, fam's is just too easy to do and doesnt match enough in my opinion.

I did a null vote, because I don't want to be accused of fiddling the results. As for my image cutting off too early, I fixed that the moment someone pointed it out, but the screenshot up there still has it. If I did vote, it would be for MeltedSnowman. Very TSA style, very tight.

I really liked the concept of MeltedSnowman's, but I put my vote in for Monkey830's. I like the combination of the terminal-style fonts and the industrial backgrounds.

I voted for Carbon. It was a hard choice between carbon's and monkey's, because monkey's had ns_nothing which pwns but it had "humanity will prevail" which I thought was a leeeetle corny. Anyway, I'd like to know what maps the pics are from on Fam's and Carbon's.

i voted for MeltedSnowmans (noone voted him? :o ?) because his design is very simplistic, just like Fam's, yet it has some kinda content... making it lively.

Fam's: fabulous, but too much nothing in the middle.

Ramses': a little too neon in the middle, especially the green stripe.

Monkey's: NICE. The scanline effect results in a really nice blend with the rest of the color scheme. This one got my vote.

Carbon14's: It kills me to say no to this one, but the blue he chose doesn't quite match the rest of the theme. ):

UKChaos': Pretty, but just a little too plain.

Snowman's: Too busy; the blue text is hard to read, and the red text is hard on the eyes.

I chose Fam. I like the 'emptiness' of the image. And I like how the image cuts off. I think it looks classy that way. Somewhat dramatic. Very nice in my opinion.

Ramses is very similar to Fam's, but the font stroke ruins it for me.

Monkey's is nice, but I don't especially like how the font is set on the left side. Also, his middle area graphic wouldn't repeat well.

Carbon's color choice for the gridline is just too bright, and too cyan for my tastes. Also, the text doesn't fit right. I also think that it would have been better to place the TSA logo on the right hand side, and leave the screenshot on the left, rather than placing the two together. It makes it too busy.

UK_Chaos' is good, but needs more 'oompf' on the left hand side. Also, the logo seems to have a darker blue around it, like it was cut and pasted from another document, without removing the prior background.

Melted Snowman's has the right idea, but I don't like the execution. The heavy stroke around everything is distracting, since it is in such a contrast to the text. The red is painful to read, and the regular text is too light to be able to distinguish it. The logo is too blurry as well, but that might be due to the stroke.

There, my opinions. Very sorry if I offended any of the artists. Not my intention. It's a pity I didn't hear of this contest sooner. I would have submitted.

Erk. I did a null vote without realising it (because I wanted to see what the results were before I voted).

The 'middle' bit of the graphic does repeat properly (but it only repeats twice in the preview image I uploaded).

Can I just say that I'm honoured to be considered for this?

I voted for Fam, I just like its simplicity(?) and "style"...
I think my attempt looks too bright and bold. Not as slim and nice as for example Monkey's...

Monkey_830 would've get my vote, but I like Fams darker style too much. Still <i>very</i> nice work.

Carbon14's is a bit too bright, as someone already stated. Also, the font doesn't fit in my opinion. What I really like is the screenshot-selection and the little white shapes to the right.

UKChaos' is just too empty for my taste.

MeltedSnowman had a great idea, but I'm not so happy with the conversion(?).

Yeah, sorry about mine being a bit crappy. I wanted it to match the buttons, but I had NO idea what the fonts were so I just made something up. It's also a bit too bright in my opinion.

I did it last-minute; I wish I had known about this contest sooner.

Nullvote, but I'd vote for Fam. gj.
