Resource Nozzles Give 2 Res With Each Tick?

Hi guys,

I was on voogru the other day-- noticed his res nodes give 2 resources per tick, each. Is there somewhere I can get this add-on?

You sure he didnt have sv_cheats 1?
Or are you implying you could read +2 over the tower?

NO cheats are NOT enabled... and YES they give 2 ticks, that is determined by how many players are on server; and no it's not available.
