Hardly old-school, but I remember nattering with Merkaba some time before that. I regard myself as a bit of a late arrival to the NS forums.

I discovered NS by hasard i was talkingwith crinity and then we came to sepak of a mod he discovered that had great potential and reallty good coder and idea ( <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'> yeah thats Flay)
so i aventured to the old if i can remeber overmind.org site... there was that little fish game or something but.... there was NS!!..... bt at the time ns was code and *cough*Ns_solar belhhhh hehe sorry flay but you are not destined to be a mapper hehe abyway i was ready trought ns forum who at the time was really simple forum with no fancy design and there was like 10 members giving cool idea and then then i sa this was something big and i've always loved Sci-fi so i joined the dev team(or what it was at the time) since it was code and a map...and a few texture)... anyway i bit later like 3 months later i think thats went other peep begined to join ....mons merk relic etc.... (thanks god to mod expo) anyway for me old school peep are those who hangned arround b4 nstr at least.... and the oldest peep i can remember that are still here is... hmmm Nem and... i think he is the oldest of the fan.. oh ther was also Ferret at the time where he was beginning to map(ferret who did dod>_toulon and ferret on nw).... heheh anyway yeah Nem is the oldest fan of the comunity!!!! Congrats Nem!!! woot <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'> and I am the oldest ns mapper :S

so that was a **** up old skewl story but its all true(if my memory don't bug me hehhe)

Comprox: If I was just a normal forum user, I'd be just as happy. It's a pain sometimes, and I can see where the comments are coming from, but all in all, I'm glad that we have 12 billion members. <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif'>
