The marine in close pursuit you can almost hear the redneck banjo music playing in the background as you attempt to tackle the fatty and slit its belly in half. The gorge is running as fast as it can, hopping, healing, spitting at you, purring, making the funny noise it makes when it gets hit. Then. The final blow. The gorge goes down by knife, audible cursing comes from the player. The team rejoices as you tell them "I just knifed the fatty".

My fav Khaara used to be the Gorge but that changed after a while. I got tired of all the whining and yelling that ppl do. "Do this! Do that! Bild here! Bild there! Why did you bild that? What are you doing? We have too many gorges! blah blah blah blah" Now my fav is the Skulk with Lerk being a close second. Fade is too expensive and easy for my tastes and Ono is to expensive and bland.
skulks own all. ive seen the best lerk players, and i still think lerk is a novelty/harassment unit.

My least favorite is onos. I save up, try to get to the marine spawn, and get stuck on a chamber on my way in. GEEZ. Also one gorg is major ownage, just build your wall of shames.

You can have your skulks, lerks, fades, and onos's. I would have to choose the Gorge.. Hes soft, cuddly, cute, adorable looking, almost like a teddybear with severe radiation poisoning. Enjoys wrapping you up in layers of love while he comes by to heal all your troubles away.

Fade is the stuff for me, especially if cloak is available right when we get the 2nd hive. I just love it when a whole squad tears off down a hall, only to have me *pop* out of thin air behind them and the look on the face of the marine on point must be priceless when he turns around and finds he is alone facing a Fade who has just ripped his way through the entire squad he thought had his back. <!--emo&::asrifle::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/asrifle.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='asrifle.gif'><!--endemo-->
My other favourite from the marine side has to be mines in the early game. Quick (2 structures), cheap (especially when compared to the cost of a single turret), easy to deploy around vital targets and choke points, instant death to skulks, removes vents from play and makes dark areas of maps not so inviting to aliens. I don't know how many times the commander completely underestimates the usefulness of the mine weilding marine. I only wish I could strap them to my chest late in the game and walk into a hive/WoL and watch the parasitic flesh fly as I explode. The only thing better then mines would be a nuke, but what are the chances of getting one of those...

Man thats a tough choice, one the one hand you've got our loveable (and hopefully plush) skulk jumping all over the place (I once took out 4 HA MHG marine with the help of a fellow skulk by just weaving through their legs and letting them get so confused that their bullets never hit anything but the other HA's) then you've got the fat lil guy who makes the whole alien race possible (give him a hand) but choosing between all of these guys and a cloaked Onos, well gosh fellas I think a few more vodka shots are needed before I can give you a good answer to that. Just remember... ug...(passes out onto keyboard) 0tgvhfeo,glsiuhgkdjghk..............................
