    its not a problem with NS, i couldn't get anything to load on my 3.1.1.1 RH box. So i gave up and got a Slackware boot instead. Works like a charm.

    If is not problem with NS, why without NS working?
    I have 3.1.1.1 b3 on CS and working good.
    And is RH 7.2.

    <a href='http://www.fatclan.org/ns/rh_adminmod.tar.gz' target='_blank'>AdminMod 2.50.52</a>:  Compiled on RedHat 7.3.

    Works with 8.0 also.  Not sure about anything else, but it's worth a try!

    [EDIT]
    I made a change to the code so that when admin_exec_client is enabled, it will no longer send warning to the user.  Also when you run a command on a users machine, it will no longer tell the user they had a command run on them.

    Figured it would be nice to let people know what I changed before they download.

    I actually changed what it displayed mainly because of Bugblatter's rate script, too much console spam for me.
    [/EDIT] <!--QuoteEnd--></td></tr></table><span class='postcolor'><!--QuoteEEnd-->
    When adminmod starts, in the console greet, it shows 5 lines of "This server can exec commands on you" etc. This setting has to be in the adminmod code, as i have not seen any settings to disabled it. Can you disable its appearance (or make it smaller as 1 line)?

    Please, does anyone have this new version for linux?

    Ok, Here's the problem
    Getting new server for Roob's <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
    Warservers will install any OS we want <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
    Generally I like linux for server solutions, mainly Rh, and I like Rh9 best of all. <!--emo&::nerdy::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/nerd.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='nerd.gif'><!--endemo-->
    Hate Debian - never used Gentoo. <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused.gif'><!--endemo-->
    Could use XP.. if I had to but would have to buy a license <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif'><!--endemo-->
    server spec P4 2.4, 512mb ram 40gb hdd. <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
    Server will also be running a website and maybe at a later date (after 1.1) CS server. <!--emo&::marine::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/marine.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='marine.gif'><!--endemo-->

    Now if the only problem with Rh is that I have to recompile mods from the source on the Rh server then that's not such a big deal is it? I seem to remember the last time I did that it was just a few keystrokes. I think I will try setting up a small test server on my Rh9 webserver here.

    So what OS/distro would you recommend - (avoid filling this thread by e-mailing or PM'ing me)
