A Way To Cancel Way Points?

<div class="IPBDescription">commander looking to canel a waypoint.</div> ok, sorry if this is a noob question. I usually play as alien, and I don't usually command if I am marine, but I have had a few of my users ask me this.

Is there a way to cancel a way point, without placing another way point?

is there a way to get waypoints off your screen as a marine? i hate it when they are in my way. i usually just tell my comm to put it someplace else where it wouldnt be in the way

aside from completing the waypoint (such as building something) - no.

move to waypoints only go away once everyone who was issued that way point touches it (or when you are issued a new waypoint)
