It looks like you didn't
pues me lo explicas cari?o :*
This is an english-only forum as I see it.
I'm spanish too and I don't think it's necesary to make my posts completely unreadables for the rest of the members in this forum.
PE has the sweetest maps I've ever seen.. For HL, of course. I wish we were allowed to make such detailed maps D:

maybe i try this some day
(despite the story, we need more than just only marine installation maps)
I can think of these few problems:

How does the alien world look? Before making such a map, shouldn't there be an agreement with the NS team about how it looks? After all, they designed the aliens. If someone is going to make an alien world map, that means this person will "set" the design for the alien world for the rest of the community, since nobody else knows what it looks like.

According to the NS manual, the reason there's a possibility to use a commander, is because - and I quote:

QUOTE

The command network is a layer of multi-purpose nanos that spreads, root-like, just above all ceilings and overhangs. Micro-arrays of lenses, tiny packets of construction nanos, and hundreds of other nano-devices all tied into millions of relays and computing nodules – cohering into a pervasive, responsive system intimately connected to every aspect of its ship's or base's existence.

So how would it be possible to use a commander in the aliens' homeworld?

3 hives in the aliens homeworld? If the marines attack the alien world, wouldn't they encounter a lot more hives? Also, if they attack the homeworld I don't think the aliens would be "starting" with only one hive and Skulks. There would be hundreds of hives, Onos and other badass things there. Why would the aliens start empty-handed in their own homeworld?

Finally, where would the resource nozzles be? Recalling the NS manual:

QUOTE

Most ships or bases have carefully contained stores of "raw" nano-sludge, a mineral rich slop that can serve as the base material for any desired object. Nanotech assemblers are designed to accept this sludge, and this sludge only, as their fuel, and the building blocks for nano-construction.
Stores of nano-sludge on ships or bases are called Resource Nodes.

Although, I can think of a solution to the resource nozzle issue, and that would be cracks or holes in the ground that releases this nano-sludge, and it's the exact same sludge (now how did THAT happen?) as the one which is released by the resource nozzles in the ships/space stations.
But since the commander issue (STORYLINE-WISE) can't be solved, having marines battling aliens on an alien planet is... Just not right.
