Just loaded NS. I try to log into servers and it tells me that I dont have the custom setup for that map and need to download it. It tells me this about EVERY server on the listing. I d'ld ns from the required spot so isn't it up to date?
Any help is appreciated.

Either use the Start>Programs>Natural Selection>Laucnch NS shortcut
Or load half life and enable NS in the custom game menu.
