Please notice the text in bold. Now, might I add, DUH.
TF2's going to be included in the PC release.

Cool!
Oh, and this just in- Half Life 2 will be based on the HL2 engine!
Seriously, if HL2 is really in the works the most intelligent thing Valve could do is make it compatible with exisiting HL content- still uses .mdl's, .bsp's and .pak's, but all it's perameters upped. That is, huge sound channels and polygon limits (and stability fixes, gah).
That way, NS and other mods could be ported over with relative ease...
Where does it say this is not really false? Where is the credability to HL2 actually being released?
A link?
And yes... this should go off topic
As long as tehy keep teh third tribes game in development and don't screw with it, they have my blessing.
They said that with Half-Life :P
And Quake 2 :)
Yeah. MS owning Sierra is a worrying thought, but even worse is the thought that they may own BLIZZARD. Bye bye WarCraft, StarCraft, and Diablo franchises, hello rushed-out-the-door-crap...
as long as they dont dump World of Warcraft. I am starting to really anticipate that game.

what's the matter with you?!?! they said that about Halo and do we get to play it yet??! so DUH to you!!!
Everything I read from individual developers with their work with Microsoft is positive. Everything I read from gamers seems to be negative. Why is this? Are you guys so deluded by the fact that it's a multi-billion dollar company and that it has a powerful, yet understandably "iffy" OS (although I love XP) that you guys ignore the facts?
we must fight back! if we unite we can defeat the empire! the time for revolution is now!!
2) HL2 will come out on PC. Bill Gates might hate humanity to the point of founding Microsoft, however he is not stupid. He's well aware that there is a huge amount of intrest for HL2 on the PC, much more than on the XBox.

I mean, seriously, what do people have against Bill Gates or Microsoft? This same irrational hate is happening to CS.
