<div class="IPBDescription">freaky walls and towers</div> ever wanted to totally block off an entrance?? consider the unique art of stackng buildings. its not just a brainless operation like most think "oh just place them on top of each other". no there are a few things you must remember.
1.) dont place an offense chamber under or on top of any structure/tower...the structure will sink down into the o chamber or the tower will sink down into a line of buildings as soon as it fires
2.) placing offense chambers on top of offense chambers SOMTIMES works (they wont sink into each other) but if you do that make sure you stack them 3 high (it will only happen with one chamber)
3.) use LOTS of D chambers. Max them out. usualy what i do is make the wall out of the D chambers and just place O chambers in front of it in dissaray.
4.) Keep jetpacks in mind. they may try to fly over the top.
5.) Leave a small gap in the base of the wall so you can walk through it <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->
Ill see if i can scrounge up any screenshots of my work and place them in an edit. my proudest piece of work is the tower that goes all the way to the cieling of the Ventilation 3-C hive on hera from the water <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->
and to end this post with a tip:
When your a gorg making a hive at the beginning of the game, before you even place the res tower, make three D chambers. chances are some retarded marine will walk in and try to kill you. well thats where you have your D chambers. he cant do damage fast enough to you with that puny lmg, and you can just healing spray him to death for a satisfying kill that brings up the old "lol". you can kill him anyway you want really. i once made 5 D chambers and taunted him by going skulk while he was shooting me then chased him down and bit his head off <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->

#2 if you build 3 defense chambers off the bat, you will probably lose. You just cost your team so much time by not capping nozzles it's not even funny. On top of that, if a single marine with an lmg kills your hive, you were obviously doomed to begin with.
