Leaping

need help
Leap is one trick I've never been able to get the hang of. I always seem to jump along a stream of LMG rounds and get killed before I can close the distance. Is there some trick to closing faster using leap?

dont leap straight at em a novel tactic to try is leaping straight at the CEILING, running along it side to side and whatnot, then make your second leap at him and bite him to pieces.

Celerity makes leap incredible. Aim just to the side of a marine with leap and they will not hit you. Bite them in midair and bite em again when you land = lights out marine.

If you are in vents and see a marine standing still, stand on his head and leap straight downwards for a guaranteed 1-hit kill.

Oh yeah, vents... you can leap in vents by holding the crouch key while leaping

see my post in this thread for additional leap tips. you'll have to scroll down a bit.

No, you're nuts to use celerity because it excludes adrenaline. Adrenaline is key for leap; you need it to enter, bite, and make a safe leaping getaway (assuming he has buddies along, which is likely at the 2-hive level).
