Dc's In The Vent's

If you are having trouble taking a room, find a vent nearby (or possible another room that is on the other side of a wall) and build a few DC's in it. The DC's heal through the wall so if you have enough you are near invincible. I did this on computer core the other day with 4 DC's in the vent, I took it by myself after the entire alien team had given up trying. I literally killed around 15 marines as they poured through the phase gate, and it ended up winning the game for us.
