Just A Question... About 1.04

<div class="IPBDescription">Not a whine or not 'when will it be'</div> Currently, the fact that motion tracking doesn't work on Linux servers is a known issue.

Is it one of the fixes in 1.04? All releases have bug fixes, I'm just wondering if this will be among them.

Yah, that's important, does anyone know of a fix for that?

There is no "quick fix," unfortunately. I believe it is Flay's intention to include Linux MT in the 1.04 patch; if he doesn't, it's because the problem is more complicated than expected. Don't worry; whether or not it's in 1.04, it *will* be fixed eventually.

I'm mainly curious because I regularly play on a server that's a linux server, and many new commanders upgrade motion tracking without realising it's broken. I can think of quite a few better uses for those 45 RP <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='confused.gif'><!--endemo-->
