Adjusting Text Possition

<div class="IPBDescription">Is it possible?</div> i always seem to get distracted with other players "chat text" ingame... as it starts in the direct middle of the screen.. and often covers up cross hair and is just overall distracting and annoying.. is there anyway to move the starting point of the txt scroll down a tad?
