since you modelers/artists/people/whatever are so great at stuff, would someone mind creating some lovely desktops for lowly inept freaks like me?

    Well, there's this one <a href="http://www.natural-selection.org/cgi-bin/ikonboard/ikonboard.cgi?act=ST;f=7;t=228" target="_blank">here</a> if you're a marine fan.  And there's this one <a href="http://www.readyroom.org/archive_02040228.html" target="_blank">at the bottom of the page here</a> if you're an alien fan.  I know other people did some background work, too.

    Redoing some icons along the lines of the holographic signs folks are using in their maps now woulf be cool.

    I made this little hive Icon 64x64 but shows as 32x32 if you dont use large icons (at least in win98)

    It looks just like my avatar though xept the black is clear
