The way ya do it is you type record NAMEYOUWANTHEDEMOTOBE

to end the demo you type stop demo or stop or something

your demo is totally useless if you don't type "status" before the end.

The console of the viewer won't show in a demo. You'll have to take a screenshot of the console open or just write the ID down.
