Wher To Place The Alien Pack?

<div class="IPBDescription">Where does it go?</div> On <a href='http://www.trottel-elite.de/ns/#' target='_blank'>http://www.trottel-elite.de/ns/#</a> there is an Alien Versus Preadtors, Alien pack for NS. The files are a RAR file though.

I tried WinRAR but it still didn't work and WinZip didn't work either.

Can someone please help me get these in there right?

You'll likely need the latest version of WinRAR, since the latest compression algorithms they use aren't compatible with earlier versions of -anything-.

As for where to put them, they go in c:\sierra\half-life\ns\models\player

Substitute "half-life" for "counter-strike" if you have CS retail. Substitute "c:\sierra\" for whatever folder it is you have it installed in.

Be sure to back up your entire NS folder before you start messing with custom stuff, because people don't tend to like being asked to send them default models.

or you can just do a ns install in a empty dir

then just drag and drop

if you screw up that is
