Floating Webs!

This takes some time, but you can make webs float in midair.
You need a "crushing" door, like the ones in ns_nothing (two sides meet in center). Open the door, and as soon as you can see through the crack, web the door. Close the door, and just before the doors close, web the other side. When you open the door again, you will notice that the "ends" of the webs are where the doors were, but since the surfaces moved, they are still floating in midair. Repeat this method for a while and you will have a strong web floating in midair. Great for trapping foolhardy marines who rush through doorways!
Oh, another thing: brushes pass through webs. So instead of webbing up the entrance to an elevator, web the sides of the shaft that is directly above the threshold of the entrance. So when a marine comes down the elevator, the elevator will pass through your little net, and as soon as the marine can see through the crack of the elevator floor/entrance threshold, he's webbed, and served up for your O towers. <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->
