ultra bug and wtf support

Every time I load the game, cyclop loading is not done properly (see img) as I only have a motor + mk update
And it's full of waterwithout being damaged of course

F8 doesn't work,
All interfaces will make the game freeze ( actually only the interface freeze, and the escp menu will not pause the game)

I accept when my very valuable virtual items fall trough the ground but this is not acceptable for a "finished" game.

And the fact that there is no adequate support, only a forum (which is fine if you wouldn't have to wait one day to post your problem)

And the fact that the tutorial for save games bug is not even corresponding to the files I have in the game file.

Guys, finish your games before making new ones !

I'm not a tech person. but i liked this game. after the last update, the game keeps rebooting my notebook when i try to start it. been trying for the last hour to figure out how to get some help. anyone know how i can contact the tech support? thank you.
