huge texture bug

I Downloaded my game from the epic games and i played it for a while and explored a lot of things but at some time of the game i stop seeing anything in the top of the islands and in the floater islands i can't even see the floaters under the island i saw some ppl saying to delete the cache data but nothing happend then i unnistaled and istaled again nothing happend i even tried to reload the chuncks on the F1 Box but nothing happend neither . I also saw two or three people with the same problema as me but response for them to i dont know how big the staff team is but im sending over and over the same problems to a crazy amount of subnautica forums and i still dont have a awnser Thanks for the attention
