I Need to ask somethings for a Mod that im working on.

Firstly i wanted to ask if i was even allowed to make a Mod.

The plan is to change the A.I. Voice inside the cyclops to "Allura" a character from the netflix exclusive series: Voltron Legendary Defenders.

now if i AM allowed to create this mod i would only have one problem. I have no clue of programming and would probably not know how to get the cyclops to use her voicelines.
so if anyone had any clue on how it could work then maybe they could help me?

You're going to have to ask Netflix / whoever owns the rights to that IP, I would think. Although, stuff like this is sometimes given a pass as it might be considered Fair Use. You'd have to do a little research. Anyone want to chime in?
