Syncing Bug Xbox one.

Game won't sync tried all of the xbox one service hotline recommendations. Still not working so then I tried uninstalling the game and reinstatement no good. Leading me to think might be a bug but not sure,,,, PLEASE HELP I MISS PLAYING THIS GAME,,,,

I was wondering why my game wouldn't sync back. (It just doesn't show up, I hadn't gotten around to looking in the storage options.)
