"Press TAB to open / close PDA" text displayed too low (player reading survival checklist)

"Press TAB to open / close PDA" should be displayed higher, so as not to interfere with the PDA if the player is familiarizing with it (a few of us RTFM types still exist out there, although I'm not hardcore RTFM, I do like the option).
