Question about bugfixing

I noticed on the "Release Bugfixing" Trello under Major Issues is a bug that seems to have been fixed ([47315] Seamoth MK3 Pressure Compensator Not Working On Save Load). Some updated this card only an hour ago worrying about it not being fixed, but when I loaded the latest checkin it was working.
I guess I may be jumping the gun and a tester just hasn't gotten around to updating Trello, but I can't post a comment myself. Generally speaking, is there any way for players to give direct feedback on bugs (other than when Devs specifically post on the forums)? Also, how does one become an official playtester with access to Trello?
