[BUG][Normal] Unlocking Scanner Room Blueprint Does Not Unlock Enameled Glass Blueprint

Generally prerequisite recipes are unlocked along with the blueprint that requires them however enameled glass is only unlocked with observatory and cyclops. The scanner room requires enameled glass but unlocking the scanner room blueprint does not properly unlock enameled glass as it logically should.

Agree, noticed this in my current playthrough. However at this point in the game you soon find the Observatory and Cyclops so it's not a big deal.

I am pretty sure finding stalker teeth unlocks enameled glass.
It does for me at least.
