[BUG] Disappearing partial blueprints

Since starting a new game with the latest update (voice of the deep), I have found that several (but apparently not all) blueprints that are partially scanned will lose all progress on a save and reload.
I have seen this occur on the nuclear reactor and the prawn suit. The later is troublesome since I scanned 3 of 4 parts and those parts are now gone from the Aurora. I scanned the fourth suit but now at 1 of 4.

    And here I was wondering why the Seamoth didn't unlock. Lucky there are quite a few parts of them around.
    You may find more PRAWN Fragments in
    the Underwater Islands and Sparse Reef Wrecks.

    I'm having this problem with Modification Station fragments-- but during the same session. I'll scan one from one location, then scan another in another location and only be at 1 of 3 scanned. It's a bit frustrating...
