Buged Spotlight,and chips isue

Just found another of tons of bugs.
-1:Spotlight lighting is buged,look to picture
-2:Chips bleuprint(That new near lifepod,you took chip,and you get for example high-capacity oxygen tank blueprint) isnt work,cant get them.

for some unknow reason i cant put picture here.But spotlight is moving as normal,but the ligh is stucke in one dircetion and dont move with spotlight

    Seconded, the model for the spotlight rotates as it should, but the light cone does not move with it, simply remaining fixed in the initial direction you built it facing. Tested in a fresh file. V 46199

    Fixed as of today, as far as I can tell.
