Saved on a frame drop (CAN'T PLAY!) Xbox One

I saved my game really quickly when this sudden frame drop started coming on and since it happened before I knew it won't fix itself unless I dashboard and reset the game so I saved because I didn't wanna lose progress... but little did i know.... lol what happens with this bug is (these numbers are just an example) it will go from 30fps then 25fps then 15fps to about 1fps then 0fps so I thought if I save and reload it will be fine but no when my save is loading all the music is messed up and keeps lagging and when I spawn in it works normally for few seconds then goes to 1fps just like it was when I saved wish I didn't save now and lost progress instead... shame won't be able to play now and I'm defo not starting fresh again for the third time please just fix this issue and release it don't wait till you have some biome update to slip it in just relase a quick bug patch it will take what few hours to fix and send it off please I literally can't play and I love this game... I hope someone else came across this issue I don't wanna be alone because being alone = won't get fixed
