Choosing your spawn location

I was wondering that there could be a setting where if you want to challenge yourself after having played the game you can choose to spawn in lifepod 5 in any of the biomes present in the subnautica world.
Would make for greater play for those who would like a challenge. Obviously it would have to be in a zone that isn't affected by the aurora radiation but other than that I think it would be a nice idea to be able to choose where you spawn.
Just an interesting suggestion. Imagine players deciding to spawn in the dunes or something for ultimate survival.
