Bulkheads, living walls, lag spikes, distance locker opening bug, hatch failure etc (more to add)

Bulkheads - In any save create, survival, freedom or creative, bulkheads do not work. Period. I can build them but they never open, have weird collision boxes (got forced outside of base one time when deconstructing and was stuck in walk mode). They can't be opened or used whatsoever so I just have to leave them out of my builds :(.

Living walls - have to be built from the outside and signs do not like being built on them or glass for that matter. They are buggy to place, only leaving the build blueprint with no option to complete and are a pain to work with. Few ideas: maybe give them ability to create oxygen? New recipe incorporating some small plants that an grow off of them?

Lag spikes - £2000 computer with top spec everything and I've never had a game without frame loss every 20 seconds. Anywhere, everywhere, anytime - experience breaking. In my opinion, since that this is a game I absolutely adore, there should be less emphasis on new additions and more stability. I play stable only so I expect it to be stable. New changes are great but fix the working version first? This is exactly like Gaijin's approach to War Thunder: add so much stuff that the bugs, imbalances and other inherent issues with additions are overwhelming and make people leave. At least fix the bulkheads as they are part of the underwater gameplay immersion.

Distance locker opening bug - if you go as far away from a locker as you can with the option to open it still there, you will pull out a quarter of your PDA and not be able to do anything with it. Small issue but thought I'd bring it up as it's quite annoying. On a similar note, when building containers you automatically open them after building as the left click is still registered I guess. maybe a 'non-interactive' period of a second after being built?

Hatch failure - approaching a hatch from an angle or whilst on top of something like a plant pot will give the player the swim position, sound effects and everything BUT putting the player outside. I just float in my base on the ceiling then have to use the hatch again to get inside where I get bugged inside my plant pots sometimes. To replicate: 4 sided base piece +plant pot with ming vase plant in dead centre + put hatch on + try to go outside.

I feel your pain, bud: I have a Picture Frame stuck on glass and I can't remove it. I have a med kit fabricator stuck on a lithium reinforcement wall, and I can't remove it. Bulkheads can't be built between multipurpose rooms, they must be built inside "compartments". I also don't like harvesting plants from exterior or interior plant boxes, since every time i'm too close and i select the box, my menu opens. Annoying bugs that have been overlooked for months.

In regards to your lag, you'll have to clear your terrain cache data. Check YouTube or these forums for step-by-step instructions. I also have a nice computer, 4 months old, $1.2k, and I'm forced to clear my cache every 5-10 hours of gameplay due to intense FPS drops and crashes.

Our best option is to just wait until V1.0 is released. At least we can help the Devs prepare for that fateful day.

All hail the V1.0, agreed. I'll try clearing my cache, thank you!!!!! Love this game to bits, it's so relaxing after a day of WW1 battles and WW2 planes with explosions and the like. It's therapeutic to swim next to a fish called Garry.

Fortunately, the developers are looking into the accidental mouse clicks when building/harvesting/other. It's here on their Trello page. The bug is actually from some actions happening on mouse click, while others happen on mouse release(more in this forum post). Until they fix it, you can avoid the misclicks by keeping the mouse button pressed until you face away from the object.

Hope they can also look into squishing the other bugs you've encountered. :)
