"Safe" building in endgame terrain

I wanted to build a few bases close to lava zones for kyanite and diamonds farming. So the question is WHERE to build them, cause i don't want them to be destroyed by hostiles or be cluttered when zone is reworked.
So do you guys know any safe/good/profitable FINISHED(fully developed) places for small bases with scanner moonpool and similar things to place?

I wanted to place 1 near the Thermal Facility(teleporter, unavailable right now though).
One in junction(Lost River), it has energy source, nice building possibilities, but risky to be touched by developers.
And one here. close to lavezone, looks finished and has AWESOME look, need to solve the energy problem.

I'm pretty sure there's a hydrothermal vent in the cove tree's cave that you could use for power?

We are in early access, there is no "Finished" areas. At this point just build where you personally feel comfortable and expect it to not last long.
