[Bug][Experimental 43263]Base pipe attachment piece is invisible when trying to build

Yeah choose it from the build menu with the habitat builder and what happens when it's selected is that it's invisible making it impossible to build it on the base. Making piping air out of bases unfeasible. Which makes piping air from bases pretty much broken.
