I got to the game "end" and I walked out of the alien structure where the sunbeam lands, and after leaving I saw the ocean, and it was entirely gone, like i could walk on the floor like in a seabase, but everything else, like the seamoth, would work like in water

Find a way back into the Precursor gun, go down the elevator, then go up the elevator, then leave, this should fix the problem. It's a known bug with the Precursor gun moonpool.
