Freezing instead of crashing, and yeah still crashing

Okay crashing has lessoned, now it just freezes to the point where I have to unplug the comp. instead of just closing the game. Now appreciate the little not at the start warning us that crashing is expected with an early build game that let's me know I am not alone, and eventually it should stop, but how much is too much.
